HUD Tenants’ Right to Organize

One Comment »

  • In my experience, the right to organize is ignored by many landlords. And, if the landlord does not want organizational efforts to take place, one can look forward to intimidation and retaliation. This too is a topic that needs a huge amount of discussion and then a written PLAN and procedures to how to legally enforce tenants’ rights to organize.
