		<description>Certainly the security deposit laws are good.  We also think that the State of Illinois could have more consumer protections for Illinos&#039; renters.  We believe a good starting point for Illinois law makers could be adopting laws similar to Chicago&#039;s landlord and tenants ordinance.</description>

		<description>I find it especially interesting that the owner has to give the tenant 2X their security deposit if they don&#039;t refund it quick enough.  I&#039;m glad that the state stands up for the little guys.</description>
