  1. The hosting provider you used (scribd) now requires a payment to be able to access documents. Please repost the document not on scribd.

  2. The Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (“RLTO”) does not require a written notice to the former landlord, although providing such a notice is clearly helpful. This is especially so if the tenant or former-tenant did not leave a forwarding address.
