Unfortunately heating deficiency problems are ongoing not only in Chicago but also other states. Often tennant’s are at a loss for legal remedy, unaware of their Tennant Rights & Residential Heating Ordinances. This is my first experience with this problem and I am truly appreciative of the awesome ,real time, information and advocacy that the MTO is doing.
