  1. Not everyone who would like to speak at a face-to-face meeting can speak due to time limitations. HOWEVER, this capability on the MTO web site is an amazing and great way for anyone and everyone to tell their own stories and get comments and discussions going in regard to the subject matter of each entry. I encourage those who find this resource to tell us your story!

  2. Keeping it clean when there is so much to say
    1. I want to know about safety. i.e. if a resident is injured on the property during the time work is being done to property, is that a reportable incidence by management. Is it required that building management report any injuries or the incident to HUD?. How would HUD know of safety violations? Is it the responsibility of the tenants to report incidents. What is reportable?
    2. Twice the manager has written about bedbugs and the difficulty of eradicatong them. There are rumours there are bed bugs in bldg and they are spreading. Should we not have definite information?
    3. I’ll be attending the mtg.
