MTO is a membership organization made up of tenants, tenant organizations and individuals and groups who support the mission of MTO.
MTO dues are collected on a sliding scale with an annual individual membership at $20, or $5 for seniors, students, and low income persons.
Members become a part of a decades strong grassroots movement with a mission to educate, organize and empower renters to have a voice in the decisions that affect the affordability and availability of safe, decent and accessible housing. Shortly after joining us, you will receive a membership card, renter “survival kit,” and begin receiving a quarterly newsletter, among other member benefits.
